1.Security Staff, Presenters and Venues reserve the right to refuse admission to a part of the Venue if designated as non-access.
2. The circumstances in which a presenter, security staff or a Venue Manager may refuse entry to the Venue to
a BlockPartier include, but are not limited to, any of the following circumstances:
a) where a BlockPartier cannot produce a Valid Wristband;
b) where a BlockPartier produces a Wristband that has been identified by a presenter, security or a Venue Manager
as having been sold or offered for resale for a profit by any person or
organisation that is not authorised by Event
Provider;
c) where a BlockPartier is not in Dress Code;
d) where a BlockPartier produces a Wristband that has been handled or dealt with in a way that
is contrary to its Terms and Conditions of sale;
e) where a BlockPartier has in his or her possession or refuses to surrender to the Venue any
prohibited object or article that is not permitted to be brought into or used in that
Venue;
f) where a BlockPartier refuses to undergo a physical search or a search of their possessions
and the conditions of entry state that a search may be required; or,
g) where a BlockPartier is behaving in a manner which may cause property damage or that
threatens the safety of performers, other BlockPartiers, or any other persons;
h) where a BlockPartier is clearly intoxicated.
3. The circumstances in which a Security Staff, Presenter or Venue may evict a BlockPartier from the Venue
include, but are not limited to, any of the following:
a) where a BlockPartier has in his or her possession or refuses to surrender any prohibited
object or article, including but not limited to photographic or recording equipment,
food or alcohol, that is not permitted to be brought into or used in that Venue;
b) where a BlockPartier is behaving in a manner which may cause property damage or that
threatens the safety of performers, other BlockPartiers, or any other persons;
c) where a BlockPartier is behaving in a manner that unreasonably interferes with other
BlockPartiers’ enjoyment of the Event;
d) where the BlockPartier otherwise breaches the Venue’s conditions of entry or fails to
follow the reasonable directions of Venue staff;
e) where a BlockPartier refuses to remain in the area designated on their Wristband.
Patrons should be warned that they can be removed on these grounds, either via verbal notice,
or through the Wristband’s Terms and Conditions
of sale.
In Purchasing Usage of Event Wristband you agree to abide by the following rules, regulations and standards. Purchaser agrees to accept and follow all rules, regulations and standards set forth in this “Agreement of Usage”, and understand violation of such can result in denial and termination of said usage and access.
1. This is a Night Club event and as such strict dress code will be enforced
2.One Person per wristband
3. Wristbands are non-transferable
4. Wristbands allow access into participating venues, admission maybe restricted by Temporary capacity issues.
5. Disorderly or drunken behavior will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion and removal from venue; such actions may result inexpulsion from all venues
6. Venues have the right to deny admission due to excessive drunkenness, rowdy Or lewd behavior or unwillingness to cooperate with staff and security.
7. Wristband is event property and purchase grants usage; event, venue, and security managers’ at their discretion may revoke said usage
8. Patrons are granted all access except VIP and as such maybe required to wait in line with other venue patrons
9. Drinking in public and removing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages from any venue may also result in expulsion
10. All patrons are required to carry ID at all time
11. Patrons are required to be 21 or older
12. Usage or purchase of wristband by a minor will result in termination of access and such action will not result in a refund. All Sales are finale. No Refunds.
13. All weather policy in effect, rain or shine event will take place, barring Natural disasters
This is a Night Club event and as such a strict dress code and ID policy will be enforced.

There are many parking options on and off Broadway. Secure Parking Lots charge about $15-$25. The parking lots right on Broadway are more expensive, you can find cheaper alternatives if you are willing to walk a few blocks. There is an inexpensive parking lot ($5-$8) to the left of the 5th street exit off the Bay Bridge. An alternative would be to park there and catch a ($5-$10) cab ride to Northbeach. Street parking is available but you may have to walk a few blocks. If you do decide to drive we suggest you arrive early to take advantage of the best street spots. On an average weekend night the Broadway street corridor gets approximately 750 - 1500 visitors, expect about double that for special events. Public transportation is definitely a good option.
