In Purchasing Usage of Event Wristband you agree to abide by the following rules, regulations and standards. Purchaser agrees to accept and follow all rules, regulations and standards set forth in this “Agreement of Usage”, and understand violation of such can result in denial and termination of said usage and access.
1. This is a Night Club event and as such strict dress code will be enforced
2.One Person per wristband
3. Wristbands are non-transferable
4. Wristbands allow access into participating venues, admission maybe restricted by Temporary capacity issues.
5. Disorderly or drunken behavior will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion and removal from venue; such actions may result inexpulsion from all venues
6. Venues have the right to deny admission due to excessive drunkenness, rowdy Or lewd behavior or unwillingness to cooperate with staff and security.
7. Wristband is event property and purchase grants usage; event, venue, and security managers’ at their discretion may revoke said usage
8. Patrons are granted all access except VIP and as such maybe required to wait in line with other venue patrons
9. Drinking in public and removing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages from any venue may also result in expulsion
10. All patrons are required to carry ID at all time
11. Patrons are required to be 21 or older
12. Usage or purchase of wristband by a minor will result in termination of access and such action will not result in a refund. All Sales are finale. No Refunds.
13. All weather policy in effect, rain or shine event will take place, barring Natural disasters
